Grand Opening of Assembly on 2015 Work Summary and 2016 Plan

On March 3, our Group Company Assembly on 2015 Work Summary and 2016 Plan was opened in Suzhou Yajie Hotel. Leading by President Cheng Biao, CEO Qin Gaoju, the principals, supervisors above and advanced workers of different departments, branches and offices attended the assembly.
In the assembly, the CEO Qin Gaoju summarized the overall performance in 2015 and deployed the target and tasks in 2016. Qin pointed out that the group company has been in a good situation of transformation and upgrading in the strategic layout and operating strategy. We fully implemented various works of the transformation and upgrading and the key projects advanced smoothly. In addition, there were still many prominent problems. The ideology and work style have to be improved and the professional abilities remain to be enhanced. The system implementation and departmental coordination still need to be strengthened. He stressed that in 2016, the group company should take the main business as basis and the basic management construction as development motivation, take full use of project investment, overcome the restriction on the resource condition, and make a good use of the domestic and foreign resources to promote the group company to develop with high quality and efficiency, so as to create the new high performance.
The President Cheng Biao fully affirmed Qin’s work report and proposed important work instructions. First, recognize the current situation and unify ideas. Second, strengthen team construction and form elite team. All the staff should cooperate with each other with absolute sincerity to produce benefits. Invite talents to improve team structure. Get the best out of staff. Third, improve financial engineer to achieve the transformation to investment type. Master the investment direction. Focus on investment on livelihood infrastructure construction. Fourth, strengthen management and enhance economic performance.
The assembly called on all the staff should advance courageously and work hard in the new year.
