On the morning of June 24, Zhonggang Construction Group Co., Ltd. signs the Cooperation Intention Agreement of PPP Project with Jinzhou Municipal Government. Liu Xingwei, the mayor of Jinzhou City, along with other leaderships, Cheng Biao, Group Chairman, Sun Jiwei, the vice president, Qiu Shi, the General Manager of the First Engineering Bureau and other leaders conduct a friendly discussion and jointly attend the signing ceremony.
According to the agreement, Zhonggang Construction Group will adopt the PPP Mode in the specific project cooperation of urban public transportinfrastructure, livelihood projects, health care and many other aspects in Jinzhou City, and conduct the comprehensive in-depth cooperation with Jinzhou City.
In the discussion before the signing of agreement, the mayor of Jinzhou City Liu Xingwei hopes to further strength the cooperation and accelerates the project construction. He emphasizes that the relevant government departments shall strongly support and firmly grasp the first-phase preparations, in order to ensure theCivil Culture Center and other key livelihood projects can be started as soon as possible.
