On January 15, the 4.4 billion yuan syndicated loan signing ceremony for the Kuaicunying-Yingpan (provincial boundary) section of Xinjin Expressway was held at Bank of China Henan Branch. This is the first private expressway PPP project to be implemented in Henan Province.

The project of the Kuaicunying-Yingpan (provincial boundary) section of Xinjin Expressway is 69.75 kilometers long with a total investment of 7.486 billion yuan. The starting point is located near Kaicunying, Xinxiang City, connecting the Changgen-Jiyuan Expressway, the ending point is near Jieyingpan at the boundary of Henan and Shanxi Provinces, and docking with the Lingchuan section of Lingchuan-Houma Expressway of Shanxi Province, and it connects the ring Taihang Expressway, Hebi-Huixian Expressway and Linzhou-Ruzhou Expressway in turn, forming a "大" font road network in the area. At present, construction of the subgrade projects of 7 sections and Jinniu Temple service area has begun.

At the signing ceremony, our company signed a Syndicated Loan Contract with 6 financial institutions including the Bank of China Henan Province Branch.
The syndicated loan consists of 6 banks. The Bank of China Henan Province Branch is the leading and agent bank. The ICBC Henan Province Branch, the Export-Import Bank of China Henan Province Branch, Zhongyuan Bank, Bank of Zhengzhou, and China Bohai Bank Zhengzhou Branch are participating banks. 4.4 billion yuan syndicated loan funds will be used for project construction.
The successful signing of the 4.4 billion yuan syndicated loan marks the successful implementation of Henan Province's first private expressway project. It also means the trust and attention of the government and the banks to our company, and it also reflects that our company will never be afraid to lose.
